Rapidly growing IT consulting firm is looking for a PC Server & Desktop specialist to join our team. We have a diverse client base with a focus on architecture, entertainment and creative media firms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in desktop support and must be proficient in the following:
Windows XP system restore and repair installations
Basic network setup including wireless access points
Basic Active Directory (join a domain, AD structure)
Spyware and Adware removal
TCP/IP printing setup & troubleshooting
Office 2003 and 2007 troubleshooting
Knowledge of the items below would be a huge plus
SBS 2003 and Exchange setup and administration
Color calibration using Eye-One
Onyx RIPs
The candidate should have prior Help Desk experience and bring exceptional communication skills. The position will be a blend of help desk and field support.
We have a significant Mac client base as well so any cross platform knowledge is welcomed. This is a growth related position with an exciting opportunity for advancement. All interested applicants must put storm in the subject of the response.
Compensation: Salary 50 - 60k depending on experience.
